Members Only Section
Browse our Members Only section of this website to view resources especially for our members, including the Member Directory, and member discounts.
To access this section, use the login form at the top of any page. Enter the e-mail address you used on your application. If you do not already have a password, click the Forgot Password link to receive e-mail instructions for setting your password.
Members Directory - Edit your Profile
As a member, you have access to our Member Directory. You can control what information is viewable to other members. To customize your viewable profile:
- Log in to the website using your email and password you set up when you registered
- Click on View Profile in the upper right hand corner of the website
- Click on Edit Profile and make any changes to:

- Privacy
- Email subscriptions
- Click Save to make your changes effective
Communication
As a member, you will receive electronic reminders of upcoming events with links to register. You will also receive our monthly Maryland ASTD electronic newsletter.
Be sure to connect with us online at:
- Linked In - Start a discussion, pose a question, and connet with other learning and development professionals
- Facebook - Like us on Facebook to keep track of upcoming events and news
- Twitter - Follow us on Twitter to keep track of discussions, upcoming events and news. Tweet at one of our programs/events to share information from the event with others. Please include #ASTDMaryland in your messages.
Events
Our monthly chapter programs/meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of each month. View the Events page for a complete listing of all of our currently scheduled programs. Each event has a link for registration.
Volunteering
Volunteer with us. You will benefit greatly from being an active member of ASTD Maryland. You will have the opportunity to share your talents and experience, as well as network with professionals with common interests. Volunteering will not require a lot of time, and requires as little as a few hours per month.
Follow the Volunteer link on the left side navigation bar, and find out where you fit in.
