This session will describe the process for creating this successful professional development program. Participants can use Loyola’s experience to create a Leadership Model for their organization that can serve as a foundation for leadership development program content; ensure that program content is relevant to participant and institutional needs; gain commitment and participation from senior leaders; ensure ongoing participant development following completion of the formal program; and assess the success of the program.
