About Our Presenter:

Laura McClernon  is an author, speaker, and trainer currently residing in Norfolk VA.  Her interest in studying millennials in the workplace comes from challenges she witnessed while working as the sole trainer at an international market research firm.  As a millennial herself, she has had countless conversations with peers and realizes the discrepancies of millennial expectations in the workplace. In 2014 Laura completed an eBook, "Stop Repeating, Start Recording." This resource was designed to help teach businesses how to communicate and distribute essential information in a cost-effective manner. She currently works in the wearables industry, specifically working with companies that implement fitness trackers into corporate wellness plans.
