About Our Speakers:
Dr. Susie Coddington has an extensive background in training, teaching, coaching, facilitation, and program management. She has over 35 years of experience working with diverse populations helping individuals, teams, and organizations to develop skills in personal and organizational management, supervision, communication, leadership, conflict and change management, team building, and strategic planning. She has been faculty member at several colleges including Practicum Director and Senior Professional Instructor in the MBA/OD Program for the Carey Business School, Johns Hopkins. She has had her consulting practice, Coddington Learning Co., for 21 years.
Brian O’Brien is the President of Myriad Performance Services, Inc., an international training and coaching firm located Frederick, Maryland. Brian has completed projects ranging from Baldrige Quality/ISO assessment to design of training systems used by international nuclear industries. Since 2000, Brian has been working as a corporate coach for business clients and has met the requirements for an MMC and the ICF/PCC. As a UMBC ISD graduate, Brian has utilized his analytical and instructional skills to develop the One Team™ corporate coach training system and The Leadership Suite™, a fresh approach to the development of effective leadership worldwide. Brian isn’t a thought leader….he’s too busy thinking.
Berri A. Wells, MS, CPC is the President and Founder of Turning Point Solutions, a leadership development, training and coaching firm that in 2016 will be celebrating 25 years of service. As a certified professional coach with degrees in marketing and adult learning and continuing education, Berri shares her humor, enthusiasm and unintended life lessons learned with her audiences, students and coaching clients. The native Californian is a Christian and describes herself as a Groupon queen who enjoys scrapbooking and mystery novels. As a business owner and intentional mother, she welcomes opportunities to connect with likeminded audiences.
Scott Murphy is the President of Managing Excellence LLC. During his thirty plus years as a Human Resources professional he has experience in developing and implementing programs in management development, change management, strategic planning, performance management, employee relations and recruiting. He has experience working in engineering, technology, hospitality, finance, and manufacturing industries. Scott just celebrated his thirteen year as an external consultant. He has also served two terms as president of the Maryland Chapter of ATD.
