Please join us for our June event!

We may be brilliant trainers or instructional designers, but how well do we manage our careers?   This session will provide you with ideas on how to:

  • Draft a career action plan that includes specific tasks such as documenting your critical competencies
  • Integrate ASTD competency model in your portfolio
  • Develop at least three measureable career accomplishments
  • Demonstrate how to use your portfolio in the application process, interviews and performance appraisals
  • Discuss how to create an electronic portfolio (ePortfolio ) that can be posted online securely, shared with selected individuals and have mobile capabilities, while having only minimal technical skills
